Privacy policy

This policy explains what Strategic Workflow AI (a service of PIXEL ECOM LLC) collects, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• The website or business details you submit, and public information we read from that website to make your preview.
• Your email, if you give it to receive your previews.
• If you try the AI receptionist demo: the audio and transcript of that call, used to run the demo.
• Order and payment details. Card data is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, and advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel, which help us measure our ads.

How we use it

To make and deliver your previews and orders, send the messages you asked for and occasional related tips, provide support, prevent abuse, and measure and improve our advertising. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase), AI models (OpenAI), voice calls for the AI receptionist demo (Retell; the demo uses your microphone only while a call is active), payments (Stripe), email (Resend) and advertising measurement (Meta). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention

Free previews are deleted after they expire unless you place an order. Order records are kept as long as needed for your account, legal and accounting purposes.
