Terms of service

These terms cover your use of strategicworkflow.ai and the products you buy from Strategic Workflow AI, a service of PIXEL ECOM LLC ("we"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

What we make

We create marketing materials and business systems with the help of artificial intelligence, including ad images, ad copy, websites and automations. Previews are free samples made from the public information on your website or the details you give us.

Your information and your rights to it

You confirm that you own or may use the website, name, logo and brand you submit. You are responsible for making sure the ads you publish are accurate about your business and comply with advertising platform policies and the law where you advertise.

Ownership of what you buy

Once paid, you may use the delivered files for your business's advertising and marketing without further fees. Watermarked previews may not be used until purchased. We may show anonymized examples of our work only with your permission.

No results guarantee

We guarantee delivery and quality as described on each product page. We do not guarantee leads, sales or any business result, which depend on your offer, budget, market and many other factors.

Refunds

Ad packs: if you are not happy, ask within 7 days of delivery for one free remake or a full refund.

Websites: if you are not happy, tell us within 7 days of publishing. We will revise it until you are, or refund you in full.

AI receptionist: billed monthly with no setup fee; if we cannot get her live on your number in your first month, you get that month refunded. The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime and stops at the end of the paid month.

SEO fix-up: fixes are applied through a snippet you add to your website. If we cannot get them live on your site, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

AI visibility boost: changes are applied through a snippet you add to your website and articles are published automatically where possible. If we cannot get them live, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Monthly plans (SEO Growth, AI Visibility Monitor, Fresh Ads, Website Care, AI receptionist): cancel anytime from your client area; the plan stops at the end of the paid month and is not prorated.

Custom builds and memberships follow the terms on their order page.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. One-tap add-ons offered after checkout are charged to the payment method you used, only when you choose to add them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
